Taking part in NPower activities includes completing a short participation waiver and registration form. Here is what to expect and how to get it done.
When it applies
A waiver is part of participation
The participation waiver applies to NPower activities such as fitness classes, RockAbility music events, volunteering, and skill-building activities. Completing it is a normal part of signing up.
The form asks for participant information, an emergency contact, and any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that staff should know about. Where a participant has a guardian, the guardian takes part in completing and signing the form.
By signing, participants and guardians acknowledge that NPower Services is not liable for injuries that may occur before, during, or after these activities. The full wording is shown on the form itself.
Next Level Social
A few extra steps for Next Level Social
Along with the general participation waiver, joining Next Level Social includes completing a candidate questionnaire and reviewing the Friendship and Dating Program acknowledgement. You can learn more and get started on the Next Level Social page.
