About
Adults living full, connected lives
NPower Services helps adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities take a full part in their community. Through music, fitness, volunteering, social, and community programs across Geauga County and surrounding areas, people do real things they choose and lead.
Our story
Founded by Lori Weber
NPower Services is a local organization founded by Lori Weber. It grew from a simple belief: adults with developmental disabilities deserve to be part of the life of their community, not set apart from it.
Today that belief takes shape as real programs. People join bands and play out, get moving in adaptive fitness classes, volunteer with local organizations, practice kindness, and connect through social experiences built for independent adults.

NSpire. NClude. NPower.
Three words that guide the work: inspire people to try something real, include them fully in their community, and build the skills and confidence that come with taking part.
Our approach
Participation, not the sidelines
NPower is a community programs organization, not a clinic and not a charity. Every program is designed so people are active participants: playing, moving, serving, and connecting alongside others.
That approach shows up in the details, from a gigging inclusive band to a fitness class where no one is turned away for financial reasons, to volunteering matched to each person's own interests.
