How it works
Matched to what you care about
NPower learns about each person's aspirations and interests, then finds local organizations that welcome them in. A love of baking might lead to a bakery, a passion for animals to a shelter, an interest in books to a library. Volunteering becomes a way to build skills, routines, and friendships while giving back to the community.
