Five ways to take part

NPower Services builds programs around real participation. Adults with developmental disabilities make music, get moving, volunteer, practice kindness, and connect, alongside their community rather than on the sidelines of it.

Music

RockAbility

Musicians with disabilities join real, performance-based bands, rehearse each week, and play out in the community across rock, blues, funk, folk, and country. The lineup includes FolkAbility, an acoustic offshoot, plus integrated drum circles for anyone who wants to play without performing.

Who it is for: musicians with a documented disability who want to grow their skills alongside musicians who already gig and record.

Movement

Fitness

Adaptive, all-abilities fitness that meets people where they are. The lineup runs from Power Ups and the advanced Power Ups Plus to TNT strength and cardio, Cardio Drumming, Huddle Connection, and the Geauga Joggers and Walkers club. Some classes are offered together with the Geauga Family YMCA.

Who it is for: adults of all abilities who want to move, build strength, and have fun.

Volunteer NClusion

NPower learns what each person cares about, then matches them with local organizations where they can connect, contribute, and belong. Volunteering is a real way to meet people, discover new interests, and give back. Organizations looking for volunteers can reach out too.

Who it is for: individuals who want to take part in their community, and organizations that welcome inclusive volunteers.

Project: Kindness

Kindness to ourselves plus kindness to others. Self-care such as yoga, art, and drum circles pairs with community service, so adults with developmental disabilities give back as much as they receive.
