NPower Services Participation Waiver and Release

I understand that taking part in NPower Services programs and activities, including music, fitness, social, volunteer, and community activities, involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury.

On behalf of myself, or the participant I am registering, I acknowledge these risks and agree to take part voluntarily.

I release, and agree not to hold responsible, NPower Services, its staff, volunteers, and partners for injuries, illness, or loss that may occur before, during, or after these activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I confirm that the participant is able to take part in the chosen activities, and I will let NPower staff know of any condition that affects safe participation.

I give permission for NPower staff to seek emergency medical care for the participant if it is needed and I cannot be reached.
