Get ready to wiggle, beat, and laugh in this 45-minute adaptive cardio drumming class! An experienced musician-instructor leads energetic, easy-to-follow rhythms, fun movements, and silly challenges that boost coordination, confidence, and heart health. No drumming experience needed — just bring your energy and a big smile!
